Attention Entrepreneurs!

TABASFUNDING provides Venture Capital Funding for entrepreneurs to expand or to acquire their businesses. We do this in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.   Funding is available in amounts of $100,000 to $750,000 or more, in the form of flexible loans, which do not require any particular amount of collateral coverage. We may be able to help you when the bank says no, or when the bank won’t lend you all of what you need. A common use is “gap” funding, where you need to fill the gap between money that you need, and what you have.

Sometimes borrowers use our Venture Capital Funding as “seed money” and leverage with additional funds from the bank or SBA to accomplish their goals. All types of businesses are eligible, although highly technical and startups will generally not qualify. Sorry, we don’t fund start-ups.   Principals will need good credit and should expect to guarantee.

The Three-Minute Application! (click here)

You can get the loan process going in just a few minutes. Just answer a few simple question (it’ll probably take less than 3 minutes) so We can get to know you a little and we’ll be in contact with you, usually within hours.

About Lee Tabas

As a former bank president and restaurant owner, Lee knows Venture Capital Funding for entrepreneurs can be hard to find. Lee was brought up in the hotel and restaurant business but  joined a bank after college, and spent most of my career in banking.  In 2000, he retired after 20 successful years as President of Royal Bank of Pennsylvania (now Royal Bank America). Under Lee Tabas’ leadership, the bank specialized in services for independent businesses of $1 million to $30 million in annual sales. A year or so after retiring, he started TABASFUNDING, to provide Venture Capital Funding for entrepreneurs who want to expand or acquire businesses. Lee is also Executive in Residence in the School of Business Administration at Philadelphia University. He’s written articles on independent businesses and on the business of banking, and has testified on behalf of his employer in court many times.
